By purchasing this custom website service, you are entering into an agreement with Dr. Meg Howe to create or optimize a professional breeder website tailored to attract your ideal customers. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Overview

This service includes the creation or full optimization of a functional, professional breeder website designed by Dr. Meg Howe.

Included in the package:

  • A simple but high-converting website with:
    • Home page
    • Contact page
    • 5 additional optimized pages (chosen at Dr. Meg’s discretion for maximum marketing effectiveness)
  • A custom infographic to highlight the benefits you offer your customers
  • A logo (if one is not already provided)
  • A 30-minute initial consultation to scope your requirements
  • A 60-minute follow-up session to assist with submitting your website to Google Search Console

2. Design Scope

The structure and strategic focus of the website will be based on Dr. Meg’s marketing expertise. Page types and messaging will be selected at her discretion to maximize impact and customer engagement.

Minor customizations may be accommodated, but this is not a fully custom-coded or graphics-heavy site. The design is focused on simplicity, clarity, and conversion.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and effective delivery, you agree to:

  • Attend both scheduled Zoom/online meetings
  • Provide all required materials (such as photos, breeding information, or existing website access) within 7 days of purchase
  • Respond promptly to communication and revision requests

Delays in providing required content or feedback may delay delivery and are not grounds for a refund.

4. Delivery Timeline

The average turnaround time is 3-4 weeks from the initial meeting, depending on client responsiveness and project complexity.

Delivery timelines may be extended if delays occur due to:

  • Late submission of materials
  • Requested changes
  • Scheduling conflicts

5. Fees & Payment

Full payment is required upfront before project commencement. Prices are listed in [insert currency] and include all applicable taxes.

Once payment is received, your initial consultation will be scheduled and project timelines will begin.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of this service, no refunds will be issued once the initial consultation has taken place.

7. Revisions & Edits

8. Intellectual Property & Usage

9. Disclaimers

  • This service does not guarantee website traffic, search engine rankings, or customer inquiries.
  • Dr. Meg Howe provides strategy-driven design and optimization, but results will vary based on your niche, content, competition and ongoing promotion efforts.
  • This is not a full branding, SEO, or custom web development package.
  • It usually takes between 6 and 8 months for a new website to start ranking on search engines.

10. Legal & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia (WA), Australia.

By purchasing, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia for any legal disputes that may arise.

By submitting payment for this website service, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
  • You agree to abide by them fully throughout the duration of this project
