  • Other related services as specified in the service agreement

4. No Guarantee of Search Engine Rankings

While Elite Breeder Websites will use its expertise to optimize the Client’s website for search engines, we do not guarantee any specific search engine rankings or positions. SEO results can vary greatly based on numerous factors, including but not limited to:

  • Search engine algorithms
  • Competition in the Client’s industry
  • Keywords targeted
  • The overall quality and age of the Client’s website

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required by Elite Breeder Websites to perform the Services.
  • Cooperate with Elite Breeder Websites by providing access to necessary resources such as website credentials, analytics, and other tools.
  • Make payment prior to service commencement, as agreed in the service agreement.

6. Payment Terms

  • The Client agrees to pay Elite Breeder Websites the fees specified in the service agreement.
  • Payment schedules [if applicable] will be outlined in the service agreement. Failure to pay on time may result in the suspension of Services.
  • Any additional costs or expenses will be communicated to the Client in advance and must be approved by the Client.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Client retains ownership of all content and data provided to Elite Breeder Websites for the purpose of delivering the Services.
  • Elite Breeder Websites retains ownership of all methodologies, strategies, and techniques used in the delivery of Services.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the Agreement. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Elite Breeder Websites will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services.
  • The total liability of Elite Breeder Websites for any claims arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Services.

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
  • Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay for all Services rendered up to the date of termination.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Elite Breeder Websites reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
